Mrs Obama said that she is impressed by the strength, pride and courage of military families. She says their 'willingness to sacrifice without complaint' moves her.

Mrs Obama says she also finds military families resilient. She says it's hard to get their message out because 'they never ask for help.'
She is currently on a mission to raise awareness about the sacrifices that military families make - mostly silently.

At the State of the Union address last night, Mrs Obama sat with the family of nine-year-old Christina Green who died in the Arizona gun massacre on January 8 which killed five others and wounded 14 including congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords.
John, Dallas and Roxana Green listened as President Obama talked about the U.S. economy, increasing education and infrastructure funding.
But he received a tepid applause when he announced plans to trim the Department of Defense budget by $78billion in the coming years.
Defense Secretary Robert Gates also proposed a three-year partial freeze of domestic programs.
Michelle Obama's appearance on the Oprah Winfrey Show is another big get for the talk show titan who is on air with her 25th and last season of her hugely successful talk show.
