Lady GaGa's Tattoos . Yes, Lady GaGa IS Inked!. . Lady Gaga has a number of tattoos - at the moment she has a tattoo on the inside of her wrist, a tattoo on her lower back, a tattoo on her shoulder and a tattoo on her upper inner arm. In other wordsLady Gaga has four tattoos, but she would probably say that she had about nine as she keeps adding to the tattoos.

Lady GaGa - Peace Out

The tattoo that most of Lady GaGa fans are familiar with is her peace sign on the inside of her wrist. Some people have said to her that this tattoo is upside down, but her response has always been that it's the right way up when she looks at it and that's what she wanted.

Why the peace sign? Lady GaGa was born after John Lennon was killed and yet she is a huge John Lennon fan and has said that she got this peace tattoo for him. John Lennon was always talking (and singing about peace) his singles - Give Peace a Chance and Imagine talked of peace and have effected a generation of people...

Lady GaGa Shows off Some Ink

Lady GaGa recently showed off her other two tattoos at a Maxim photo shoot.

Lady GaGa loves white roses and daisies and this is what she has embraced in these tattoos.

Lady GaGa's shoulder sports a white daisy design, this tattoo is in the same style as her daisy and rose tattoo along the bottom of her back.

As I have already said Lady Gaga does like to add to her tattoos and during the Bad Romance video it was evident that she had added wording to her existing shoulder tattoo. She has added the words Tokyo Love as you can see below.

Lady Gaga already had some of her back tattooed before she managed to get Kat Von D to add to it - lucky girl! Lady Gaga continues her love of floral tattoos with roses along her lower back.

Lady Gaga Reveals New Tattoo in Seoul

Lady Gaga's Inner Arm Tattoo

While in Seoul in 2009 she showed off a new tattoo to her friends. The tattoo is on her left arm and is a result of a late night visit to a Japanese tattoo parlour.

The tattoo is a quote from Lady GaGa's favorite philosopher - Rainer Maria Rilke and translates to -

'In the deepest hour of the night, confess to yourself that you would die if you were forbidden to write. And look deep into your heart where it spreads its roots, the answer, and ask yourself, must I write?'
